Shipping policy

NINI pieces are prepared and packaged with care from our studio in the United States.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship pieces are generally processed within 2–4 business days.

Handmade, made-to-order, or specially sized pieces may require additional production time. When applicable, estimated production times will be stated on the product page.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping service.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, transit times are outside NINI's direct control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows an unusual delay, please contact us and we will help you review the shipment information. Carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
