By accessing our website or purchasing from NINI, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies available on our website.

Products

NINI offers handmade, small-batch, curated, and limited-quantity accessories and jewelry.

Because handmade pieces are created individually, slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, bead placement, stone appearance, glass components, and finishing may occur.

Product photographs are intended to represent our pieces as accurately as possible; however, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Availability

Some materials and artisan-made components are available only in limited quantities. We reserve the right to discontinue a design or substitute a component only when clearly disclosed or approved where appropriate.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve inventory. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, payment issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Intellectual Property

NINI's original photographs, written content, branding, graphics, and original designs may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Jewelry Care

Jewelry should be handled with care. Exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, excessive moisture, impact, or improper storage may affect the appearance or longevity of a piece.

Normal wear, accidental damage, and damage caused by improper care are not considered manufacturing defects.
